Returns & Refund Policy
At Barnie's Coffee & Tea Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-coffee merchandise or issues involving order errors or damage.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the issue.
- 2.Provide Proof
For damaged items or incorrect shipments, please include clear photos of the packaging and product to expedite your claim.
- 3.Ship Items Back
If a return is authorized for merchandise, we will provide a return shipping label to send the items back to our roasting facility.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
